The Treehouse is a beautiful house situated amongst the trees and native surroundings, yet only a 5 minute drive into the city of Whanganui.
❋ The SpaceThere are 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large laundry and a generous open plan living area which captures the afternoon sun and has incredible views across rural land. This property can accommodate/sleep up to 15 people but can easily be the perfect retreat for a couple, groups or families.
❋ The FeelThe kitchen is newly renovated and perfect for entertaining with loads of storage and preparation areas, including a Nespresso coffee machine, a beautiful butlers sink, side by side fridge, dishwasher and large 900mm gas top oven.
2 Bathrooms, one with a separate toilet and one bathroom including a large walk-in shower with ceiling to floor tiles.
❋ Outdoor LivingA large decking area is on the top floor and there are balconies on the second level giving 4 of the 6 bedrooms access to their own little slice of paradise taking advantage of the rural views and natural light.
The large decking is perfect for beers and BBQs or just to relax in the sun. A comfy L-shaped outdoor lounger and umbrella are set up for you to sit back and relax, you will be wowed by the tranquillity and beauty of the surroundings and views and the fact that the property is hidden away from neighbours.

Featured in the 2025 New Zealand House & Garden Tour, this 388sqm residence has been thoughtfully layered with personality and warmth. From the moment you arrive, the striking yellow double doors hint that something special awaits inside, a home filled with character, stories, and heart.
